Questions about an order, a question of fit, or help choosing between two pieces — we are glad to help.

Write to us at sassyava@outlook.com, or use the form below. Please include your order number if your message is about an order. We reply to every message personally, Monday to Friday.

For returns, the fastest start is an email with your order number: we will send your return authorisation and instructions straight back. Our full Shipping & Returns page explains the process in detail.
