Hand-painted roses glow against a black ground in this long silk chiffon shawl. The black and red pairing is bold and elegant — a piece that carries an evening look on its own.
The elongated shape drapes fluidly over the shoulders, wraps as a stole with evening wear, or loops softly at the neck. Note: unlike the squares in this collection, this is a rectangular shawl format.

Care
Mulberry silk prefers dry cleaning. To hand-wash, use cool water with a silk wash and never wring; roll in a towel to lift the water, dry flat away from sunlight, and store rolled rather than folded to protect the hand-rolled edges.

Squares are measured flat, edge to edge; the hand-rolled hems can vary the final size by a few millimetres, which is part of the making.
